To operationally and strategically strengthen the HR department, we are looking for a committed, experienced, and networked personality as a Recruitment Specialist, starting immediately or by arrangement:

Tasks

• You manage and coordinate the entire recruitment process and support managers and HR Business Partners in personnel procurement.
• You work closely with other HR employees and actively contribute your know-how to the team.

Profile

• Completed commercial training (Eidg. Fähigkeitszeugnis, EFZ) and further training as an HR specialist with a federal diploma (eidg. Fachausweis) or several years of professional experience in recruitment.
• Very good user knowledge in tools such as MS-Office, Teams as well as advantageously in SAP SuccessFactors.
• High self- and social competence as well as the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new IT systems.

About us

The Special Education department of the City of Zurich operates the three municipal special schools (Heilpädagogische Schule, Schule für Kinder und Jugendliche mit Körper? und Mehrfachbehinderungen sowie Schule Fokus Sehen) and thus ensures specialized educational and therapeutic services for children and adolescents with special needs. The department also includes the therapy specialist centers for speech therapy and psychomotorics, the Pedagogical Specialist Center, and social work at special schools.
