Responsibilities

In this position, you will advise and represent our clients throughout all project phases and specifically contribute your language skills to multilingual projects.

Among other things, the following tasks await you:

• Development of the project strategy as well as goal and requirement definition
• Control and monitoring of planning and realization
• Support during the transition to operations
• Participation in varied renovation and new construction projects in structural engineering
• Acquisition of new customers and projects as well as maintenance of existing customer relationships

Requirements

To be successful in this function, ideally you will bring the following:

• Local roots as well as interest in an employer with a presence throughout Switzerland
• University degree as an architect, civil engineer, or a comparable degree
• Additional specializations from professional experience or further training are an advantage
• Experience in client advisory and client representation in structural engineering
• Existing network among clients, authorities, planners, and other actors in the construction and real estate industry, as well as the ability to actively develop this
• Service-oriented, committed personality with quick comprehension
• Independent way of working as well as enjoyment of working in a networked, process-oriented team
• Partnership-oriented appearance towards customers
• Proficient German in speaking and writing is a prerequisite
• Multilingualism – especially French, Italian, and English skills – is an advantage.
