Your role

With us, you act as the central interface between our insured persons, the affiliated employers, our internal client advisors, and our external benefits case management partner. In this way, you take on internal responsibility for the benefits service and can specifically expand your expertise in occupational pension schemes.

You ensure that our benefit cases are managed professionally, in a structured manner, and are always up to date.

While the medical assessment of the cases and the collection of the necessary medical documents are carried out by our external benefits case management partner, you are responsible for reliable case management, the coordination of all parties involved, as well as the careful and complete maintenance of the benefit cases in our administration system.

Your responsibility in case management

• You manage and maintain benefit cases in our administration system (MS Pension) and ensure that information, documents, and deadlines are up to date at all times.
• You coordinate the benefit cases from opening to closure and keep an eye on deadlines and other important steps.
• You work closely with our external benefits case management partner and ensure a smooth flow of information.
• You prepare the necessary information for case processing and ensure that decisions and feedback are correctly reflected in the administration system.
• You are the first point of contact regarding benefit cases for insured persons, employers, as well as internal and external partners and ensure professional and appreciative communication.
• You undertake administrative clarifications in connection with benefit cases and coordinate the necessary steps with the responsible departments.
• You recognize optimization potential in case management and contribute your ideas to continuously develop processes and workflows.

What you bring with you

• A commercial apprenticeship, training in the insurance industry, or a comparable qualification, ideally with a connection to occupational pension schemes.
• Experience in processing benefit or claims cases in occupational pension schemes.
• A federal diploma as a social insurance specialist or a specialist in pension funds.
• You communicate clearly and empathically and enjoy contact with people.
• You work very carefully, in a structured and reliable manner and enjoy keeping an overview even with many parallel cases.
• You think ahead and have ideas on how processes can be made simpler.
• You like being part of a team and pitch in.
• You formulate with stylistic confidence in the German language and ideally have foreign language skills in French and/or English.
