Your area of responsibility

• Planning, steering, and coordination of several parallel IT projects according to the roadmap
• Launching new initiatives: definition of scope, milestones, resources, and dependencies
• Rigorous follow-up with internal and external stakeholders, guarantee of deadlines and quality
• Early detection of risks and conflicts; proactive actions before any escalation
• Management of project teams without disciplinary responsibility as well as steering external partners
• Transparent reporting to the IT management (status, risks, decision needs)

What you bring

• Completed degree in the field of economics, business informatics, computer science or equivalent (e.g., FH, HF)
• Several years of experience in IT project management (ERP/CRM implementations, deployments and hypercare phases, etc.)
• Strong affinity for AI: practical experience with AI tools, basic understanding of AI agents, LLMs and the Model Context Protocol (MCP)
• Good IT understanding: system environments, interfaces (REST-APIs), data migration
• Mastery of classical and agile project management methods
• Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
• Persistent in follow-up, diplomatic in communication
• Prospective mindset: you detect problems before they occur
