Customer Advisors in the Basel region, with home office 80% - 100%

Your tasks:

• Telephone reception and competent processing of customer concerns, orders and complaints
• Error-free written processing of customer inquiries and e-mails
• Support of a wide spectrum of Swiss and international customers
• Flexible deployment in shift operation from Monday to Sunday between 07:00 and 22:00

Your profile:

• Swiss German as native language
• Business fluent language skills in French and Italian, spoken and written (at least level B2/C1 mandatory)
• English skills, spoken and written, is an advantage
• Good PC user skills
• Flawless criminal and debt enforcement register extract (mandatory requirement)
