What you can contribute

• Ensure the coordination, planning, implementation, and monitoring of militia engagements, in collaboration with the Cyber Fusion Center (CFC) teams and the militia organization
• Pursue the development of cyber training for the Swiss Army (cyber training internship, repetition courses)
• Develop cyber militia engagement concepts in service of the Swiss Army (analyze its capabilities, establish its structures, and ensure its staffing)
• Verify the quality of instruction and identify appropriate measures
• Launch and implement international cooperation
• Ensure cooperation and communication between the professional organization and the militia organization, and act as a liaison between the relevant services

What makes you unique

• Degree from a higher education institution in the fields of computer science, information security, or engineering
• Solid experience within a security organization (SOC, CSIRT, CERT)
• Strong personality, capable of training and motivating others
• Knowledge of processes and military staff organizations
• Ideally, experience within the Swiss Army in a senior officer function
• Good active knowledge in a second official language, good knowledge of English
