Project Manager Energy Consulting (70 – 100 %) with Management Perspective & Participation

What you will do

• Lead projects and roll up your sleeves: You take over energy consulting projects for municipalities, SMEs, real estate companies, and private owners. In doing so, you develop the technical content yourself and keep an eye on quality, deadlines, and budget
• Accompany key customers: You understand what our clientele needs, advise them at eye level, and turn good projects into long-term partnerships
• Develop the business further: You recognize potential among existing and new customers, develop suitable offers, and win new projects. You enjoy contributing your network and your ideas
• Take responsibility: Together with the management, you further develop Wing. You provide orientation to the team and will take on more technical and personnel leadership responsibility over time
• Connect technology and economy: You combine technical knowledge with economic thinking and show our clientele in an understandable way which solution is worthwhile for them

What you bring with you

• Technically proficient: You have a degree at ETH, Uni, FH, or HF level in the field of energy, environment, building technology, building physics, architecture, mechanical engineering, or have a comparable background
• Broad energy and consulting know-how: You bring experience from energy consulting and ideally possess an existing accreditation/certification, e.g., GEAK, PEIK, Zielvereinbarung, Energiestadt, etc.
• Intuition for customers and business: You listen, advise in perfect German, and recognize where you can create added value
• Will to shape: You want to make a difference, help people progress, and help develop Wing. Leadership experience or further training in business administration is a plus
• Personality: You are uncomplicated, strong in communication, and like to roll up your sleeves. A good dose of casualness and humor fits us best
