Your tasks at the new employer:

• You will take over the personnel and functional leadership of an established team of 12 employees and focus on their individual promotion, motivation, and long-term development
• As an empathetic leader, you create clear structures, optimize existing work processes, and ensure efficient and high-quality processing of debt collection cases together with your team
• With your experience in finance, you guarantee the legally compliant processing of receivables management and support your employees with complex issues as well as demanding customer situations
• You work closely with the division management as well as various internal and external stakeholders, contribute innovative ideas, and actively help shape exciting change projects

You offer your new employer:

• You have completed commercial training with a focus on finance or a comparable qualification and bring sound professional experience in the finance or debt collection sector
• Further training in the field of leadership, business administration, or finance and accounting is an advantage, but decisive are your at least five years of leadership experience and your enjoyment of employee development
• You are well-versed in finance and receivables management, work confidently with MS Office, especially Excel, and ideally bring experience with ERP systems as well as knowledge of debt enforcement and bankruptcy law
• With your empathetic, motivating, and assertive manner, you inspire your team, communicate at eye level, and keep a cool head even in challenging situations
