For our client, an established company in the field of industrial automation, control technology and electrotechnical system solutions, we are looking for a technically savvy personality with project management experience. In this versatile role, you will take responsibility for demanding customer projects in control and switchgear construction and accompany them from the concept phase to successful commissioning. In doing so, you combine technical know-how, customer consulting and project management in a central interface function.

Your Task ##

• Independent management of projects in the field of control and switchgear construction
• Technical consulting of customers in the development and implementation of individual automation and control solutions
• Development of concepts, technical specifications and project foundations
• Design of switchgear, controls and electrotechnical systems
• Preparation of offers, calculations and technical documentation
• Planning, coordination and monitoring of all project phases
• Ensuring project execution in accordance with deadlines, costs and quality
• Close cooperation with engineering, production, purchasing and external partners
• Support and further development of existing customer relationships
• Support in the acquisition of new projects and customers
• Conduct technical meetings as well as accompanying acceptances and commissioning

Your Profile ##

• Electrotechnical training (e.g. electrical installer EFZ, electronics technician EFZ, automation technician EFZ or comparable)
• Further training at HF or FH level in electrical engineering, automation, system technology or comparable specialty
• Experience in switchgear construction, control construction or in industrial automation
• Experience in leading technical projects is an advantage
• Understanding of electrotechnical systems, controls and automation solutions
• Customer-oriented personality with a confident appearance and strong communication skills
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as a structured and independent way of working
• Experience in calculation, bidding or technical consulting is an advantage
• Fluent German skills, other languages are an advantage
