These are your tasks:

• Telephone and written handling of tenant and owner requests
• General correspondence
• Issuing repair orders to craftsmen
• Handling rentals – advertising, viewing, rental, handover, etc.
• Handling of re-invoicing
• Preparation and sending of mass emails and letters
• Participation in dunning processes
• Participation in the processing of accounts payable invoices
• Mail processing and dispatch
• Data entry, maintenance, and filing
• Minute-taking at owners' meetings
• External appointments of various kinds
