For an up-and-coming architecture and real estate office focusing on residential construction in the Limmattal region, we are looking for a Project Manager Planning by arrangement. The portfolio ranges from single-family houses to larger developments in the cantons of Aargau and Zürich.

Your tasks

• Management and coordination of planning from the defined design stage
• Ensuring building application and execution planning
• Collaboration in the design phase and further development of ideas together with the management
• Compliance with quality, deadlines, and economic efficiency
• Submission of permit applications and preparation of building releases
• Leading coordination meetings with specialist planners
• Direct exchange with clients, authorities, specialist planners, and employees
• Technical, constructive, and building law clarifications

Your profile

• Dipl. Techniker:in HF Bauplanung Architektur or completed university studies
• Proven experience in the planning and execution of construction projects
• Sound knowledge of ArchiCAD and MS Office
• Creativity in solving demanding tasks
• Independent, reliable, and exact way of working
• Proficient German language skills
• Committed, team-oriented, and service-oriented personality who maintains an overview even in hectic situations
