Fiduciary Agent 60-80% (m/f/d)

Nuzzo Treuhand GmbH is a growing fiduciary company in Zürich and provides SMEs with comprehensive services in the areas of accounting, payroll, taxes, and controlling. With us, short distances, direct customer contact, independent working, and uncomplicated cooperation are key. To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as a Fiduciary Agent (m/f/d).

Tasks:

• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Preparation of VAT returns including declaration and reconciliation
• Managing payroll, social security, and personnel administration
• Managing finance and accounting on various software solutions
• Preparation of tax returns for natural and legal persons
• Independent support and advice for SME mandates
• Communication with authorities, customers, and business partners

Profile:

• Further education in the fiduciary field (federal diploma) or currently in training
• Several years of professional experience in the fiduciary business, at least 3 years
• Sound knowledge in accounting and tax law
• Confident handling of common software solutions for accounting and MS Office
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• Friendly and professional appearance as well as enjoyment of customer contact
• German business fluent (B2-C1)
