What awaits you * Oral and written advice to our Private and Corporate clientele, notably in the following areas, with the takeover of a portfolio of ongoing cases: Labour law (private and public law contracts, litigation with joint commissions...); Unemployment insurance; and Loss of earnings insurance * Pragmatic resolution of legal problems and examination of facts in the relevant areas * Conducting negotiations, by telephone and in writing, with policyholders, opposing parties, technical experts, and authorities What you bring * University education in Swiss law (Master of Law), experience in the relevant areas, the bar exam is an asset * Flexibility and ability to adapt * Good management of a large volume of work and autonomy in the way of working * Stress resistance * Rapid and pragmatic analysis of problems and search for precise and adapted solutions * Enjoyment of contact with clients and teamwork, as well as the ability to work autonomously, precisely, and in a targeted manner, even during periods of high demand * Excellent communication and negotiation skills and very good written expression * Good knowledge of English and/or German is an asset What we offer to you We are convinced that satisfied female and male employees achieve better performance.
