This is the contribution you can make

Responsible for quality management in the assigned area of the HR Service Center Verteidigung and ensure the further development of processes along the HR strategy
Analyze management indicators as well as collect data, create evaluations and derive effective measures from them
Monitor measures and initiate, accompany the continuous improvement process (KVP) and ensure its effectiveness
Coordinate IKS as well as independently carry out controls and create reports for the superior level
Update work instructions and maintain training documents as well as support testing

What makes you unique

Higher vocational education with 2--3 years of function-relevant experience or vocational qualification with 4--7 years of function-relevant experience
Experience in quality management, especially in ensuring and further developing standards, processes and service quality
Conceptual and editorial skills as well as strong analytical and systematic thinking abilities
Rapid comprehension of complex relationships and the ability to present demanding issues clearly and precisely in writing and orally
Advanced HR-IT system knowledge with in-depth Excel expertise (data analysis, evaluations and complex calculations) as well as solid specialist knowledge in SuccessFactors and SAP HCM (IPDM, PSD) are advantageous

The Armeestab (A Stab) supports the Chef der Armee in the leadership of the Departementsbereich Verteidigung and is responsible for the overall military planning and development of the Schweizer Armee. Here, in accordance with political specifications, the strategic foundations, the development of the armed forces and the army and armament planning are developed and tasks in the international security context are performed. The leadership, management and coordination of all cross-sectional areas (Personnel, Finance, Real Estate) also fall within the responsibility of the Armeestab.
