The Quality Assurance and Test Coordination team is also responsible for the operation, further development, and optimization of the Atlassian Cloud platform of Raiffeisen Schweiz.

To strengthen our team at the locations St. Gallen and Zürich-Flughafen (The Circle) as well as with the possibility of home office, we are looking for an analytical personality with technical know-how and process understanding as an Atlassian Engineer (m/f/d) immediately or by arrangement.

• Operation and further development of Jira and Confluence in our Atlassian Cloud platform
• Configuration, optimization and further development of workflows, permissions, screens and schemes
• Implementation of automations, integrations and standardized Jira solutions
• Analysis and implementation of business and IT processes, consulting our specialist departments and supporting projects
• Ensuring governance, compliance and quality requirements

What do you bring with you? ##

• Higher education in computer science (FH, HF or comparable)
• Several years of experience as a software, system or application engineer
• Sound knowledge in Jira and Confluence administration and configuration
• Experience in process analysis, requirements management and stakeholder management
