Your Task ##

• Creating and processing offers and tenders, in close cooperation with the field service
• Recording orders
• Complaint management with customer-oriented solutions
• Telephone consultation of our commercial customers regarding products and services
• Technical clarifications with estimators and suppliers
• Receipt and processing of supplier offers

Your Profile ##

• Completed training in the construction industry (preferably structural/civil engineering, plasterer) or commercial training, ideally with knowledge of building materials
• Confident handling of MS-Office; experience with ERP systems and Sorba is an advantage
• Enjoyment in dealing with people and high service orientation
• Sense of responsibility and negotiation skills
• Resilience and flexibility
• Proficient German in spoken and written form
