Client Representative Development & Construction (all genders)

ABOUT THE POSITION

You will strengthen the Real Estate Development & Construction department in Zürich with a permanent contract. Our building is located near the Selnau station.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Your main tasks in this position include:

• Development and realization of high-quality construction projects (new construction, renovation, and refurbishment projects)
• Setting up and managing the project organization involving various internal and external stakeholders
• Development of strategies for properties for sustainable substance preservation and investment/yield optimization for the assigned real estate portfolio
• Client representation / Project Manager for the client towards planners, contractors / general contractors, and authorities
• Construction trustee: management, contract award, and monitoring of deadlines, costs, and quality
• As overall project manager: management of projects during preparation and execution
• Analysis of purchase offers (land and buildings) regarding yield-generating floor area potential and investment requirements

You will work in a lively, multicultural, and international environment. In addition, hybrid or remote working models are offered.

YOUR PROFILE:

Education:

• Completed degree in architecture or civil engineering (structural engineering)
• Supplementary training in business administration or real estate

Experience:

• Experience in the economic and technical conception of project developments
• Several years of experience in leading project developments and construction projects

Skills and Competencies:

• Strategic, networked, and analytical thinking
• Structured, efficient, and independent way of working
• Very good negotiation skills and quality awareness
• High communicative competence
• Very good presentation skills

Language Skills:

• Good German and English skills, French language skills are an advantage
