For our client, a Swiss company active in the transport sector and integrated into a large national group, we are looking for an HR Business Partner at 50% to support its sites in the Lake Geneva region and Valais.

Your tasks at your new employer

• You advise and support managers and employees on all HR topics
• You manage the recruitment process from A to Z, from writing advertisements to interviews
• You take charge of personnel administration, from entry to exit
• You support managers in more complex HR situations and disciplinary measures
• You implement HR processes and policies and actively contribute to their improvement
• You act as a local HR partner for several sites in French-speaking Switzerland

You offer your new employer

• You have specialized training in human resources and several years of experience in a generalist HR function or HR Business Partner
• You are a French native speaker and have at least a B2 level in German orally
• You are comfortable both in advising managers and in operational and administrative HR tasks
• You are willing to travel between the different sites and have a driver's license as well as a vehicle
