As an experienced leader in digital product management, you will take responsibility for the further development of our digital channels and actively shape the digital Tenant Journey of the future.

Your tasks ##

• You lead your team in a goal-oriented manner, promote the further development of employees, and ensure a high quality of results
• You are responsible for the digital channels for our tenants, especially portal, app, CRM Salesforce, and self-service solutions
• You work operationally and take on tasks in product ownership, in conception, as well as in implementation control
• You shape the Tenant Journey with a focus on customer benefit, usability, and satisfaction
• You prioritize the product roadmap along customer needs, business value, and strategic goals
• You work closely with property management, marketing, customer experience, and other specialist departments
• Together with Property Management Solutions and Engineering, you ensure integration into ERP and backend systems
• You measure usage, customer satisfaction, and value contribution based on relevant KPIs and drive the use of AI for the further development of customer service

Your profile ##

• You have a university degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable education or further training with a focus on digital, product management, or customer experience
• You have several years of experience in managing digital products and services, ideally in the environment of apps, portals, or self-service solutions
• You have sound experience in the CRM environment, experience with Salesforce is an advantage
• You have experience in leading teams or in the functional management of interdisciplinary product teams and external service providers
• You bring a pronounced understanding of UX and CX and understand how digital solutions create sustainable customer benefit
• You have experience with the use of AI-supported solutions in customer service or digital customer experience
• You communicate confidently between business and IT and convince through moderation skills as well as a good understanding of processes
• You are characterized by customer orientation, initiative, and high social and self-competence
• You communicate stylistically confident in German and English and are enthusiastic about new technologies and digital innovations
