What you can contribute

• Leading a team on technical, organizational, and human levels
• Ensuring homogeneous legal practice and answering legal questions in French and Italian related to the entire field of VAT
• Processing, supervising, and reviewing disputes in French and Italian; issuing decisions and decisions on complaint; filing legal briefs in the context of appeal procedures
• Implementing the objectives of the division and the main division, and supporting the division head in the accomplishment of her main tasks

What makes you unique

• University degree in law and/or business administration; additional training as a certified tax expert is an advantage; proven leadership skills
• Very good knowledge of the law governing VAT and its practice, as well as economic issues
• Ability to implement measures that strengthen team spirit, excellent social skills, communication skills
• Talent for negotiation and persuasiveness
• Excellent knowledge of two official languages and English; passive knowledge of the third official language
