Who we are looking for We are looking for an experienced and versatile personality who takes on mandates and tasks independently, drives them forward in a structured manner, and reliably brings them to completion, while simultaneously enjoying processing new and complex issues time and again. You enjoy familiarizing yourself with new topics, researching, questioning, asking the right questions, and developing solutions. Your tasks • Independent management of financial and securities accounting as well as preparation of interim and annual financial statements • Preparation of VAT returns and tax returns for natural and legal persons • Independent support of national and international fiduciary and family office mandates • Support of foundations, restructurings, redomiciliations, transactions, and liquidations • Processing and coordination of corporate law and contractual issues • Support and preparation of finance, investment, participation, and asset topics • Direct contact with clients, banks, authorities, lawyers, tax advisors, and international partners • Proactive recognition of the need for action and consistent implementation -- from the initial question to the conclusion What you bring • Several years of relevant professional experience in a fiduciary, tax, finance, family office, or consulting environment • Completed training as a fiduciary with federal professional certificate (eidg. Fachausweis), fiduciary expert with federal diploma (eidg. Diplom), or specialist in finance and accounting with federal professional certificate (eidg.
