Call Agent Outbound with B2B experience - Remote / Home Office (m/f/d)
You can talk. You don't give up. A "no" motivates you? Then read on.
We at heyb2b help IT and tech companies acquire new customers.
For this, we are looking for people who have bite. ;-)
You don't have to be a sales professional.
But you must:
✅ enjoy talking
✅ like people
✅ be able to ask questions
✅ not take a "no" personally
✅ have the ability to persevere
Your task
You call companies from our internal company list.
In doing so:

• you conduct cold calls (B2B)
• ask targeted questions
• find out if there is interest or potential
• arrange initial consultations (appointments)
• document information cleanly in the system
• enter appointments into the calendar (the better the performance, the higher the chance of higher wages)

We work according to the principle: "He who asks, leads."
You fit with us if:

• you speak Swiss German
• you are quick-witted
• you are not afraid of rejection
• you still have energy after the 50th "no"
• you are curious
• you want to get better
• you guide people with questions instead of texting them

Experience in B2B cold calling? Perfect.
What you get

• call scripts
• ongoing training and support
• remote home office
• opportunity to take on responsibility in sales
• start-up environment without corporate mentality
