Our client is an established Swiss software company based in the Canton of Zug that develops innovative portfolio and wealth management solutions. The software platform is used worldwide by banks, asset managers, and other financial institutions.

For the further expansion of the project management team, we are looking for a dedicated individual who combines financial market knowledge with project management competence.

Job Description ##

• Independent planning, management, and control of customer projects in the area of portfolio and wealth management software, including schedule, budget, and quality control
• Analysis of complex customer requirements and development of functional concepts as well as technical specifications in close coordination with the customer
• Coordination of collaboration between the customer, software development, and internal specialist departments for the successful implementation of the projects
• Specialist consulting for the customer as well as support for software implementation from conception through quality assurance to successful acceptance
• Proactive stakeholder and risk management as well as ensuring transparent communication regarding project progress and challenges

The Successful Applicant ##

• Completed studies in economics, banking, finance, or business informatics or a comparable education
• Several years of experience in IT or software project management, ideally in the banking, wealth management, or financial software environment; project management certification is an advantage
• Sound understanding of portfolio management, financial instruments, and banking processes as well as affinity for modern software solutions
• Analytical, structured, and independent personality with strong communication skills, quality awareness, and enjoyment in collaborating with various stakeholders
• Fluent German and English skills
