For our client, an important company active in the industrial sector, we are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner between 80 and 100%. The start date is to be agreed upon.

Your tasks at your new employer

• You recruit new talents in order to meet the operational needs of the various departments
• You proactively accompany and support managers in managing the employee life cycle, particularly in the context of conflict management, absenteeism, and the evolution of certain roles and structural changes
• You support and advise managers, particularly in the annual performance evaluation process
• You take charge of various HR projects and actively contribute to the definition of new processes in order to continually adapt practices and maintain a quality service
• You identify skills development needs and implement appropriate training actions, accompanying employees in their professional evolution and promoting a culture of continuous learning

You offer your new employer

• You hold the Brevet fédéral de spécialiste en Ressources humaines or an equivalent higher education qualification
• You have a successful experience of at least 5 years in an HR Business Partner role (ideally in an industrial sector)
• You have in-depth knowledge of Swiss labor law
• You have good ability to unite people and are proactive in making proposals
• You are a French native speaker, proficiency in German will be considered an asset
