For our client, we are looking for an experienced specialist for the management and administration of demanding mandates in occupational benefit schemes. Your focus is on the management of 1e collective foundations. For this, you bring sound practical experience with autonomous pension funds and 1e collective foundations. your AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY You independently lead and manage pension fund mandates and administer 1e collective foundations. In doing so, you handle the entire day-to-day business in actuarial and administrative management. You take care of entries and exits, salary changes, buy-ins, WEF withdrawals, divorces and retirements, as well as death and invalidity cases. Additionally, you perform benefit and contribution calculations and support insured persons as well as internal and external stakeholders. Complementarily, you contribute your experience to projects and specialist groups.

your PERSONALITY You have completed a commercial basic training and have several years of professional experience in occupational benefit schemes. Sound practical experience with autonomous pension funds and in the administration of 1e collective foundations is mandatory. You are experienced in the independent management of complex pension fund mandates and work precisely and independently. Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form, as well as very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel, are required. Additionally, you bring sound experience with administration systems for pension funds. A professional certificate in occupational benefit schemes or a comparable further education is an advantage.

your PERSPECTIVES You will take on a demanding function with high individual responsibility and manage complex mandates in the field of occupational benefit schemes, particularly 1e collective foundations. In doing so, you work together with insured persons as well as various internal and external stakeholders and also participate in projects and specialist groups. The place of work is Zürich; the workload is 80-100 %, with a remote share of up to 40 %. The start is scheduled for 1 January 2027, and the duration of assignment is three months.
