Legal Counsel (m/f/d) - Energy and Infrastructure #

Your area of responsibility In this versatile function, you will undertake the legal support of the company and its subsidiaries in German and French Switzerland. You will provide advisory support to the various departments and accompany projects, particularly in the areas of gas, energy networks, energy solutions, and electromobility. Your area of responsibility includes the drafting, reviewing, and negotiating of a wide variety of contracts with business customers, strategic partners, and other stakeholders. Another focus lies in the legal accompaniment of energy projects and business ventures in the area of mobility in Western Switzerland. Furthermore, you will deal with regulatory questions as well as topics of public law and competition law. You will process legal cases and represent the interests of the company in proceedings before authorities and courts.

Your personality You are an initiative, team-oriented personality who likes to take responsibility and feels comfortable in a dynamic environment. An independent, efficient, and digital way of working is a matter of course for you. You think entrepreneurially, act in a solution-oriented manner, and understand how to develop pragmatic approaches even for complex questions. Professionally, you have a completed legal studies and the Swiss attorney patent. Additionally, you bring several years of professional experience from a business law-oriented law firm, ideally supplemented by insights into the legal department of a company. You have sound knowledge in contract law and move confidently in a bilingual working environment: German or French is your mother tongue, and you also master the other language fluently, also at a legal level. The Legal Team is located at the headquarters in Zürich. You benefit from a high degree of flexibility and can carry out your activity mostly in the home office.
