The Public Prosecutor's Office with its 71 employees is functionally and materially an independent body of criminal justice. It conducts criminal investigations against adults and young people in cases of crimes, misdemeanours and offences and has to enforce the state's right to prosecute. The headquarters of the Public Prosecutor's Office is located in Chur. It has branch offices in Davos, Ilanz, Roveredo, Samedan and Thusis. We are looking for a clerk for the Public Prosecutor's Office as of 1 December 2026 or by arrangement.
