To strengthen our insurance law specialist circle team, we are looking for a motivated and committed person as soon as possible or by agreement as a Junior Legal Counsel in Insurance Law and Civil Liability (70 % - 100 %)

Your professional daily life:

• With us, you don't just solve legal cases. You advise, negotiate, and ensure complete legal protection for our clients with tailor-made strategies and creative solutions.
• You represent our private and corporate clientele and are the central interlocutor for lawyers, opposing parties, as well as authorities.
• You handle legal cases independently and are accompanied by experienced colleagues.
• You draft legal documents and requests outside the monopoly of lawyers and continuously develop your expertise.
• You actively involve yourself in the team, support the internal exchange of knowledge, and gain insights into different legal areas.
• Additionally, you have the opportunity to participate in projects and actively contribute to the development of our services and processes.

What you bring:

• You hold a Swiss university degree in law (MLaw or lic. iur.)
• Ideally, you already have professional and practical experience in insurance law and/or civil liability law.
• Customer satisfaction is important to you and you know how to communicate complex issues in a comprehensible, pragmatic, and customer-oriented manner.
• With your pragmatic and solution-oriented approach, you develop legally convincing and economically relevant solutions.
• You are communicative, strong in negotiation, and enjoy direct contact with people.
• You communicate easily and appropriately in German - preferably on the phone. Other linguistic skills, notably in Italian, French or English, are an asset.
• You naturally and profitably use modern technologies as well as AI tools in your professional daily life.
