Tasks

• Review existing cell service procurement processes and update them to an efficient status
• Identify other efficient processes requiring modeling. Plan and execute their implementation
• Contribute innovative ideas aimed at improving processes
• Collaborate closely with the cell service procurement team and other business stakeholders
• Model processes in the process tool (ProX) in accordance with applicable guidelines, plan and execute their publication

Requirements

• HF degree, Bachelor or Master students or graduates in management informatics, economics, industrial or mechanical engineering, supply chain management or similar
• Strong interest in the aviation sector
• Good experience with MS Office products (Excel, Teams)
• Knowledge of Kaizen, Lean and/or process engineering principles
• Experience in automation, e.g. with Power Automate, is an advantage
• Knowledge of AMOS is an advantage
• Autonomous personality with a strong analytical capacity
• Ability to easily maintain an overview of complex subjects
• Result and solution orientation
• Efficient work with others and team spirit
• Good communication skills
• Fluent English, German is a plus
