Team Leader / Team Leader Competence Center Business Investing (a) Workload 80-100% Location Bern-Liebefeld How you inspire * You lead and develop your team professionally and personally and are responsible for resource planning, coaching, and the further development of employees in securities, derivatives, money market, and foreign exchange processing, including master data maintenance and cooperation with external outsourcing partners * You ensure smooth day-to-day operations and are responsible for the correct, timely, and regulatorily compliant end-to-end processing of all securities, derivatives, and foreign exchange transactions in compliance with internal guidelines * You actively drive the further development of the organization, accompany your team through changes, and strengthen its competencies. Even in hectic market phases, you maintain calm, set clear priorities, and ensure stability in operational operations * You optimize processes and promote digitalization by identifying automation potential, driving Straight-Through Processing (STP), and developing efficient and future-oriented workflows together with IT partners * You are responsible for operational risk management and the internal control system (ICS), maintain cooperation with custodian banks, brokers, trading departments, and other internal and external partners, and actively contribute your expertise to specialist projects and bank-wide initiatives What you bring * You have completed banking training or a comparable qualification and bring several years of experience in securities, derivatives, and/or foreign exchange processing * You have sound specialist knowledge in the entire post-trade lifecycle including clearing and settlement of equities, bonds, funds, derivatives, as well as foreign exchange transactions (spot, forward, and swaps) * You bring leadership experience and strong coaching competencies and know how to lead specialists in a goal-oriented manner, promote them, and also motivate them in change processes * You are characterized by high resilience, robustness, and decisiveness and maintain an overview even in high market volatility, under time pressure, and with complex operational challenges * You have a strong process and risk awareness and ideally have experience in process optimization, automation, digitalization, as well as in ICS and the management of internal and external interfaces.
