Your tasks

• Independent execution of monthly payroll processing as well as ensuring correct and timely payroll
• Recording and controlling all payroll-relevant changes
• Processing entries, exits, and other personnel changes in SAP HCM
• Creation of HR key figures, statistics, and reports for the corporate group
• Processing of settlements and declarations in the area of social insurance and withholding tax
• Advising and supporting employees, authorities, insurance companies, and external bodies regarding questions related to payroll and personnel administration
• Participation in operational HR daily business as well as supporting the team in administrative matters

Your profile

• Completed commercial basic training with further training in the HR, payroll, or social insurance field
• Several years of professional experience in Swiss payroll processing
• Sound knowledge of Swiss social insurance, labor, and withholding tax law
• Very good SAP knowledge in the HR/HCM area
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• High level of discretion as well as strong sense of responsibility
• Independent, structured, and exact way of working
• Team-oriented, reliable, and service-oriented personality
