What you bring with you:

• Completed vocational training in the automotive industry, ideally as a spare parts salesperson or as a retail specialist
• Enthusiasm for passing on knowledge as well as an affinity for teaching
• Very good Microsoft -365- knowledge as well as experience with modern ERP tools, ideally also from Microsoft
• High affinity for IT (ERP) and processes
• Structured, independent way of working
• Willingness to travel
• Very good written and oral communication skills in German and French are mandatory; English skills and Italian skills are an advantage

Your task:

• Training: Planning, organization and implementation of online and in-person training on processes and OE parts sales for employees
• Training materials & learning videos: Development and updating of training materials and learning videos for various tools and applications
• Key-User task: Organization and implementation of online as well as in-person training and workshops for key users
• Support: Contact person for internal questions
• Projects: Participation in various projects
