Project Manager HVAC

As Project Manager HVAC, you will lead demanding mandates in building services planning, from project design to execution supervision.

Tasks

• Project design, tendering, and execution planning of HVAC projects
• Preparation of diagrams and tenders as well as creation of calculations
• Specialist construction management and supervision of projects during execution
• Coordination of the planning team in the respective project phases
• Cooperation with clients, GC/TC, architects, and specialist planners
• Leading of project meetings
• Ensuring quality, costs, and deadlines across all project phases

Profile

• Training as a Technician HF/TS or several years of professional experience in an adequate position
• Experience in planning and realization of sanitary projects
• Good knowledge of MS-Office as well as CAD (Nova), ideally experience with BIM
• Independent and structured way of working
• Very good German skills
