What you can contribute

• Independently lead legislative projects in the field of CCS/NET
• Process Federal Council and Parliament files relating to CCS/NET and support consultation procedures
• Coordinate work on CCS/NET within the OFEV and the federal administration, and involve stakeholders at national and international levels
• Support, on a regulatory level, the implementation of a CO₂ transport and storage infrastructure and analyze developments within the European Union as well as on the voluntary CO₂ market

What makes you unique

• Higher education degree in political science, economics or environmental sciences, or in an equivalent discipline
• In-depth knowledge of Swiss climate policy and legislative processes at the federal level
• Knowledge regarding CCS/NET and understanding of technical and regulatory challenges
• Experience in project management and in the coordination of different interest groups
• Analytical and conceptual skills, political sense, excellent writing skills, autonomy and stress resistance
• Good active knowledge of at least one second official language and English and, if possible, knowledge of a third official language
