The 16 municipalities of the Sozialregion Thal-Gäu with over 39'000 inhabitants perform their tasks in statutory social assistance as well as child and adult protection together in an association. Around 75 employees provide services at the location in Oensingen.

Managing Director 80 % ##

What we do:

• We advise, accompany and support people in different life situations. In doing so, we rely on professional services, efficient structures and constructive cooperation.

What are your tasks:

• Overall operational management and strategic further development of the association
• Leadership and promotion of the subordinate department heads
• Close cooperation with the board and its presidency
• Responsibility for budget, annual accounts and controlling
• Further development of structures, processes and quality management
• Representation of the Sozialregion towards authorities and other stakeholders

What makes you interesting for us:

• Higher education in business administration, public management or comparable qualification
• Several years of leadership and management experience, ideally in a public environment
• Profound knowledge in finance, organizational development and change management
• Strategic and networked thinking as well as strong decision-making and implementation competence
• Strong communication, solution-oriented and appreciative leadership personality
• Understanding of political processes and public administration
