Your contribution

• Within the framework of the Leadership Network Switzerland and the Security Network Switzerland, plan, commission, and monitor existing network infrastructures and services
• Create and update network documentation and concepts, taking into account the needs of the Kommando Cyber
• Support and advise the network operator and their customers regarding current and future capabilities of the Swiss Army's network infrastructures
• Accept, record, and classify all incoming incident and service requests related to optimal security precautions in the ticketing system
• Create detailed documentation for the requirement catalogs (e.g., KPIs)

What makes you unique

• Higher vocational education in the field of IT with function-relevant professional experience or professional qualification as an Informatiker/-in
• Ideally training and work experience in the telecommunications environment
• Experience in the operation and provision of network services as well as good knowledge of telecommunications technologies is an advantage, additional IT specialist knowledge
• Very good user knowledge of the MS Office suite
• Strong logical-abstract and analytical thinking skills as well as quick comprehension
• Readiness to take responsibility, paired with forward-looking thinking and action.
