What you bring to our mission ###

Within a key department, you will evolve under the supervision of the Head of the Assistance domain and play a key role in the management, structuring, and valuation of data, with a direct impact on several activities of the institution.

Your main mission: guarantee the reliability of payments to our beneficiaries by ensuring the integrity of data and statements, while structuring efficient and sustainable processes in service of the business units.

You will intervene in close collaboration with the various services, in a spirit of analysis, global understanding, and continuous improvement.

Your key missions ####

• Steering and supervision of the activities of the department's employees
• Guaranteeing accuracy in the collection and entry of beneficiary data
• Ensuring the application of and compliance with standards and equal treatment of beneficiaries regarding assistance
• Implementation, formalization, and improvement of processes related to data and statements
• Analysis of business needs and proposal of adapted solutions
• Active contribution to the evolution of tools and practices in connection with information systems
• Management of the department's human and budgetary resources
• Coordination with various internal and external partners
• Under mandate of the Head of the domain, participation in certain ancillary projects

Your profile ###

• CFC as a commercial employee (or title deemed equivalent), completed by a certifying training in management
• Confirmed experience of at least 8 years in an administrative environment, including several years of experience in team management
• Good knowledge in the field of social assistance and social insurance
• Excellent command of IT tools and data management systems
• Ability to structure, formalize, and optimize processes
• Open-minded, flexible, and solution-oriented
• Ability to understand global stakes and to question practices in a constructive spirit
• Interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with various interlocutors
• Interest in the field of migration
