What awaits you

• You are responsible for the processing and examination of benefit claims in the event of death and loss of earnings, in close collaboration with the medical department
• You perform all necessary clarifications and guarantee a technically rigorous assessment of benefits within the prescribed deadlines
• You take charge of the calculation, provisioning, payment, and monitoring of insured benefits
• You write high-quality correspondence in French and ensure customer service by telephone
• You actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and collaborate with the different teams and units

Your skills

• CFC as a commercial employee, ideally obtained within an insurance company
• Professional experience in claims management, ideally in the field of personal insurance and/or individual providence
• Additional training or practical experience in the medical field, an asset
• High resistance to stress, sense of responsibility, and a structured and autonomous way of working
• Strong team spirit as well as a keen sense of quality and customer orientation
• French native language or Level C2 and German minimum level B2; any other language constitutes an advantage
• Available from 1 January 2027 for an indefinite duration
