Your task ##

• You analyze complex business requirements and develop clear, functional solution concepts from them.
• Together with business and IT stakeholders, you define MVPs, structure the scope, and actively participate in the Product Roadmap.
• You translate functional requirements into precise epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria, thereby creating a reliable basis for technical implementation.
• You are responsible for the Product Backlog and prioritize requirements along business value, dependencies, and feasibility.
• You plan and moderate backlog refinements and ensure that requirements are clear, complete, and ready for implementation for the development team.
• You create and maintain the Project Delivery Plan and keep an eye on milestones, dependencies, risks, and progress.
• You control the Scrum team from a product owner perspective and ensure clear priorities and a focused delivery process.
• You prepare sprint plannings, coordinate implementation, and present results as well as product demos to relevant stakeholders.
• You ensure transparent and binding communication between business, IT, project organization, and other stakeholders.
• In addition to scope and delivery, you also keep an eye on the economic framework conditions and the project budget.

Your profile ##

• Completed studies in computer science or business informatics
• Many years of experience in the management, control, or coordination of complex business/IT projects
• Sound practical experience as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, or in a comparable delivery-oriented role
• Very good understanding of software development processes and agile working methods, especially Scrum
• Provable experience in the structuring, prioritizing, and controlling of product backlogs
• Confidence in the formulation of epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Ability to quickly grasp complex functional requirements, question them critically, and translate them into feasible solutions
• Extensive experience in stakeholder management as well as a confident appearance towards departments, IT, and decision-makers
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills as well as a structured, independent, and implementation-oriented way of working
• High moderation and communication skills
• Knowledge of Lean Management is an advantage
• Proficient German skills at level C2 as well as very good English skills at least at level B2
