Yes, this is definitely not a classic job advertisement. I do not simply want to introduce a position to you, but rather show you who we are and why this task could suit you. Read on and get a first impression of blume 3000 as an employer and of the role we are filling.

For this responsible area of responsibility, it is important to us that it is professionally as well as personally compatible on both sides. At blume 3000, you work in a small HR team with short distances and direct exchange – embedded in a larger central team. In this way, we combine personal cooperation in everyday life with the structures and knowledge of a larger environment. Above all, however, you have the opportunity to take on responsibility and help shape things, instead of just working through tasks.

The focus of this position is on payroll and personnel administration. You ensure that our monthly payroll processing for around 100 employees runs reliably. At the same time, you are the contact person for all questions regarding wages and social insurance. The processes are clearly structured and provide you with a good foundation for your work.

A reliable and precise way of working is part of this task. At the same time, there is room to bring in experience and develop things further when opportunities arise.

A basic commercial training forms the basis. However, what is decisive is your several years of professional experience in payroll and your sound knowledge of the Swiss payroll system. You work carefully, take responsibility and know what matters in payroll processing. Knowledge of Abacus and Italian is welcome, but not a mandatory requirement.
