What you will do:

• You take responsibility for the independent management of a real estate portfolio (administration, leasing, contract management, dunning and collection processes, as well as invoice control).
• You carry out inspections and handovers of rental properties, issue orders within your competence limit, create meaningful evaluations / reports and look after our residential, commercial, and ancillary properties.
• You coordinate administrative concerns of the tenants and act as an interface to craft businesses, suppliers, facility management, and authorities.
• Your involvement in first-time lettings of completed construction projects is also part of your diverse range of tasks.
• For all these tasks, you can count on the support of a well-coordinated team; collaboration with technical, construction, accounting, and communication departments makes your daily work exciting and varied.

What you bring with you:

• Commercial basic training and several years of experience in real estate management, preferably with a federal professional diploma.
• Digital affinity and confident handling of various systems, ideally W&W ImmoTop; openness to new things
• Efficient, goal-oriented way of working, strong communication with negotiation skills as well as a friendly, flexible, and resilient demeanor – even towards demanding target groups.
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form, other languages an advantage
