Your task ##

• Collaboration on IT infrastructure projects
• Handling of IT support from 2nd to 3rd level
• Customer contact: Administration and organization of the processing of problem solutions
• Design and implementation of system and configuration policies as well as practice-oriented operating concepts
• Writing of concepts and documentary instructions

• Completed IT training EFZ or comparable professional experience
