In the Operations area, we design the technological and organizational prerequisites for reliable and future-oriented production at SRF. The People Pool ensures that the right competencies are deployed and specifically developed at the right time in the right place.
Behind every successful production are people, processes and systems that work together seamlessly. In the Systems Production competence area, we ensure that the technological foundations are correct, today and in the future.

This is your contribution ####

In the Operations area, in the People Pool department, you will be involved in the following topics in the Systems Production competence area:

• You lead employees with joy and empathy, promote their development and shape cooperation in the sense of Shared Leadership in a partnership and at eye level
• You provide orientation and create trust. In doing so, you promote personal responsibility, maintain an open feedback culture and accompany employees through changes
• You communicate clearly, listen actively and understand how to bring different perspectives together and develop common solutions
• You translate strategic and organizational specifications into the daily leadership routine of your competence pool and actively accompany employees during changes
• You are responsible for recruitment, onboarding, talent development and the personnel support of the employees in your competence pool in cooperation with HR
• You work closely with functional managers, Product Owners and other competence group leaders and ensure clear coordination between personnel, functional and operational requirements
• In the event of special operational requirements or peak loads, you ensure targeted operational support for the product teams and create transparency regarding available competencies and capacities

• You think holistically and proactively and understand how to meaningfully combine the needs of different parties
• Knowledge and professional experience in application and system management are an advantage. Ideally, you bring experience in operations, IT support, in the integration or further development of business-critical applications and systems
• You have excellent German skills as well as very good English skills
