Commercial Employee Technical Sales with Home Office

A Swiss market leader for high-quality automation components is looking for reinforcement for its approximately 15-member, dynamic team in Biel. In this interface function, you will look after the French-speaking Swiss customers in sales administration and support product management. The place of work is Biel (including home office possibility).

Main tasks:

• Management and coordination of customer inquiries via e-mail, telephone and CRM
• Support for product managers in creating and following up on offers
• Obtaining offers from international technology partners
• Master data maintenance in ERP (e.g., Navision) and PIM (articles, discounts, delivery times)
• Close exchange with sales, order processing, suppliers and customers

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Completed commercial basic training
• Several years of practical experience in sales administration and offer processing
• Solid MS Office and ERP knowledge (Microsoft Dynamics Navision is an advantage)
• Technical flair and networked, solution-oriented way of thinking
• Strong customer orientation and high level of independence
• Proficient French and very good German skills (spoken/written)
