Your tasks

• Consulting and supporting our customers regarding Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and CRM
• Analysis of existing business processes and development of solutions tailored individually to the respective customer
• Implementation, configuration, and further development of Business Central and CRM solutions
• Recording, analysis, and documentation of customer requirements
• Accompanying our customers from requirements analysis to successful implementation
• Conducting workshops and user training
• Support for existing customer solutions and their continuous further development
• Close cooperation with our internal team and external contact persons

What you bring with you

• Practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement
• Good understanding of business processes
• Experience in consulting or supporting ERP and CRM solutions
• Enjoyment of customer contact and an independent, solution-oriented way of working
• Very good German and good English skills

A plus, but not a must: Knowledge in Dynamics NAV / Navision, AL, Continia, Customer Service, Field Service, Microsoft Copilot or corresponding Microsoft certifications.
