Temporary HR Business Partner 80-100% October 26 – July 2027

Your tasks

• Responsibility for the entire Employee Life Cycle in the assigned support area – especially for Machine Maintenance & Engineering, Laboratory, Research & Development Chemistry, Maintenance as well as Quality (Processes & Products)
• Advising and coaching managers and employees in all HR-relevant issues
• Responsibility for HR processes such as employee appraisals, salary rounds, compensation and STI
• Management of long-term absences and coordination with insurance companies and case managers
• Ensuring compliance with labor law requirements and internal guidelines
• Participation in recruitment and processing of HR processes with Workday
• Analysis of HR key figures as well as continuous optimization of HR processes
• Participation in HR projects, especially BGM, Target Operating Model and organizational development

Your profile

• You demonstrate corporate experience in your professional career and are aware of its requirements
• You have at least 3-5 years of experience in the mentioned HR tasks
• HR further training such as an HR-Fachausweis is mandatory or a CAS in the fields of Human Resources)
• German native language with understanding of Swiss German, English (at least level B2)
• Experience with Workday is a great advantage
• High customer orientation and strong advisory competence, very good communication skills at all hierarchical levels, analytical thinking paired with a structured way of working, assertiveness and high resilience describe your way of working

The company offers

• Terms of employment: via Humanis AG on an hourly wage basis (40h/ week and 5 weeks vacation)
• PK: 50/50, KTG/UVG covered by Humanis AG
• Home-Office: possible up to 2 days after induction
• Parking space: available, for a fee
