Joiner - Project Manager for Facade Projects

Activity

• Assume responsibility for the technical and commercial processing of facade projects
• Ensure close cooperation with design and engineering teams to implement customer requirements
• Represent 4B competently towards business customers and promote internal communication
• Prepare post-calculations and manage supplementary contract management
• Independently manage projects of varying sizes and material diversity

Requirements

• Sound specialist knowledge in metal or wood construction with a specialization in facade construction
• Experience in the successful execution of demanding facade projects taking into account relevant standards and legislation
• Confident and target-group-oriented communication in German, ideally supplemented by French language skills
• Proficient project controlling with entrepreneurial thinking and teamwork skills
• Skilled handling of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications
