In the Data, Technology & Innovation area, around 600 software and system developers work throughout Switzerland and develop the technology of tomorrow in-house. In doing so, we also collaborate in global teams and networks.

What awaits you

• You are part of the Product Team "Genialytics" and share responsibility for building the Agentic Offering - a fundamentally new way of creating offers in the P&C business. From architecture to productive operation
• You design, implement and operate robust, LLM-based pipelines and agentic workflows in P&C Underwriting with the aim of creating measurable added value for the business
• You work closely with Data Scientists, Engineers and business stakeholders, and transform insurance requirements into functioning, reliable AI systems
• As a Lead, you are a sparring partner and technical impulse generator for the team. You actively share your knowledge - through code reviews, architecture decisions, technical exchange and the establishment of best practices
• You follow the latest developments in the field of Agentic & Generative AI, evaluate them critically and bring the relevant information to the team and to your stakeholders - as a thought leader with groundedness
• You consciously move away from conventional paths: You help shape something new, question assumptions and have the courage to ask uncomfortable questions - because the best solutions arise here

What you bring with you

• You bring sound experience with productive AI systems - from Agentic AI via RAG to Context Engineering. You know the limits of language models from practice and know how to deal with them. Solid software engineering fundamentals are a matter of course for you
• Python and its ecosystems (e.g., LangChain) are part of your everyday life. You build APIs, orchestrate complex workflows and integrate AI components into existing system landscapes. Experience with GCP, MLOps, CI/CD or container technologies round off your profile
• You think in terms of total architectures and play a decisive role in shaping them. Whether latency, cost, security or maintainability - you weigh decisions holistically and know when an agentic approach makes the difference and when a leaner solution is the better choice
• You understand insurance products and processes - or you are eager to understand them. You know: The best AI solutions do not arise in a technical vacuum, but where domain knowledge meets engineering. Knowledge in the P&C business, in offering or in insurance-typical processes is a real plus
• You act as a thought leader: You set technical impulses, recognize trends early and translate them into concrete solution approaches for the Agentic Offering. You contribute viewpoints, question the status quo and inspire your environment - internally and externally
• You lead by example and attitude. You set the technical direction, roll up your sleeves and create space for your team's ideas. Technical leadership for you does not mean knowing all the answers - but finding the best one together
• You work proactively, independently and navigate confidently through uncertainty. You find your way by taking action, testing hypotheses and learning from mistakes - because you know: Iteration is not a detour, but the way.
• You speak fluent German and English
