Introduction

For our client from the real estate industry, we are looking for an experienced personality as Mandate Manager / Responsible for Real Estate Accounting 80-100% (a). You will independently be responsible for the management of a real estate portfolio.

Tasks

• Holistic and independent management of residential properties and objects
• Mandate management as well as technical responsibility for the managed properties
• Preparation, management, and minuting of owner meetings and other meetings
• Planning, coordination, and supervision of maintenance and renovation work
• Written and telephone correspondence with owners, tenants, caretaker services, and tradespeople
• Optional: Management of the real estate accounting for your own mandates

Profile

• Commercial basic training with further training in the real estate sector (e.g., federal diploma) or currently in training for it
• Professional experience in real estate management
• Confident appearance and sound specialist knowledge in the real estate environment
• Very good knowledge of MS Office as well as good digital affinity
• Teamwork skills, resilience, and a high sense of responsibility
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
