We offer a fair salary, which ranges between CHF 130’100 to CHF 145’100 per year (100% workload) depending on experience and skills. Applications from talents with deviating competencies are also welcome; in such cases, your salary may lie slightly below or above the range.

What you can achieve.

• You professionally lead the compliance management system for the Mobility Services division – in coordination with Group Compliance.
• You process central compliance topics that are central to the legitimacy and future viability of our mobility offers. These include money laundering, anti-corruption, public procurement law, antitrust law, as well as retention and archiving.
• On topics such as subsidy law, concession management, and working hours legislation, you work closely with the corresponding specialists.
• You are responsible for the compliance documentation for the Mobility Services division; furthermore, you are responsible for specifications, compliance reports, compliance controls, and measures.
• You assess regulatory and internal requirements, analyze risks, and support internal investigations.

What you bring with you.

• You have several years of experience in compliance, preferably in a regulated or politically visible environment.
• You can structure regulatory and internal specifications so that understandable decision-making bases, clear responsibilities, and implementable measures are created.
• You know compliance risks in complex organizations and ideally bring experience in relevant regulatory topics (public transport).
• You take responsibility, set clear priorities, and drive topics forward independently and pragmatically.
• Additionally, you have very good knowledge of one national language as well as good knowledge of another national language.
